Did you know you can breathe like a fiery dragon?? It might seem silly, but it can help you feel better! Take a big deep breath in through your nose, and as you breathe in, imagine all the air going into your belly. Now, imagine all those feelings you have, especially icky ones,  imagine them erupting in your belly like a volcano. Let's get those feelings out! Open your mouth, and breathe out as hard as you can, like a dragon! Breathe all those fiery feelings out!
