On the program this week: Enoch Doyle Jeter, co-founder/former co-owner of Enoch’s in Monroe, LA. Doyle and his wife Yvette started Enoch’s, a renowned venue/pub/cafe with incarnations in Monroe and Shreveport. The Jeters started Enoch’s in 1980 in Monroe, and are still operating as an Irish/Cajun Pub with their son John taking ownership a year ago.
