This week I chat about the importance quality sleep plays in our lives. I’ll share my night time routine, tips to help you sleep better and why good sleep is key to your miracle morning.
*Woo-Woo Tool of the Week: Sage and palo santo have been used for years to clear negative energy. While they not only smell good, they have some pretty cool rituals behind them, too. And you know I'm a sucker for a good ritual.
Because I can't unscrew all of the smoke detectors - I'll usually sage with a sage spray that I bought. You can sage rooms, your crystals to cleanse them and even yourself!
*Up-Leveling My Mindset: Fear gremlins. They're real, ya'll. They especially like to appear when you're starting something new and exciting, but unknown.
My tip for shedding light on them is to ask yourself three things:
Is it true? Is it really, really true?
Is it helpful?
Will it matter in a week?
These three questions can get to the heart of the fear and help it move along so you can get to creating that amazing life you've always wanted.
