Overwhelm can really hit you at any time, its not precious!

We all take on so much or feel that we need to get so much done that we are literally sprinting through life. 

More and more we are literally burying ourselves under a huge mass and feel like we are battling against tidal wave after tidal wave, feeling like we are not able to keep up, so we work harder and longer.
