In this week's episode, I talk about the basic ways to improve our body-mind connection. This is a common subject in my office with my clients, so I thought we could dedicate a few podcasts to this subject, starting with this one.

 

3 Basic Steps to Improving Your Body-Mind Connection:

1. Start With Your Wins: focus on what body-mind connections are already working in your life.

2. Scan Your Body: observe where & what is happening in your body; are you feeling pain, numbness, cold/hot, weakness, tightness, achy, more.

3. Use Positive Language About Yourself: stay positive in the words you use to describe yourself, your body & your life.
