In this episode, Ruth explore the relationship between our beliefs and our physical and emotional well-being.
We'll start by asking some thought-provoking questions about our personal relationship with the higher power. Do we feel angry with God? Do we feel worthy of love and forgiveness? Are we spiritual but not religious?
These questions may seem simple, but they are powerful indicators of our mental and emotional state. If we harbor anger towards God or struggle with feelings of unworthiness, it can lead to stress, anxiety, and even physical health problems.
On the other hand, if we have a positive and healthy relationship with our beliefs, it can lead to feelings of peace, hope, and joy, which can have a positive impact on our physical and emotional well-being.
So whether you're a believer, a skeptic, or somewhere in between, join us as we explore the fascinating and complex relationship between faith and the body. You might just be surprised by what you discover.

In this episode of 'Your Body Advocate Podcast' Ruth discussed the fascinating topic of "Neck and Communication" and provide you with some tips and massages for your neck.
The neck is an incredibly important part of our body, and it plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between the brain and the rest of the body. This is because the neck contains the spinal cord, which acts as the main communication pathway between the brain and the body. The spinal cord is protected by the cervical vertebrae, which are stacked on top of each other and are responsible for supporting the head and neck.
When we think of communication, we often think of speaking and listening, but the neck also communicates non-verbally through body language. The position of our neck can convey a lot about our emotions and intentions. For example, a tense or raised neck can signal stress or defensiveness, while a relaxed and lowered neck can signal openness and receptivity. However, our neck is prone to tension and stiffness, especially with the amount of time we spend sitting and staring at screens. This can lead to headaches, poor posture, and even more severe problems such as herniated discs or nerve damage.
