Something that’s been very important to us this past year or so has been our physical health, so we thought we’d sit down today to take you back to how we got started with our fitness journeys, from childhood to our teens and early adulthood up to this point today (which has changed a lot!) and we hope it gives you some insight into how you might get started too (if you want to) and we’ll be doing a part 2 soon with more details about our gym routines etc but we hope you enjoy this one!
