Rational Thinking Reset Worksheet

Based on Chapter 5 of Psycho-Cybernetics — Reprogram your beliefs and emotions through logic

Ā Section 1: Emotional Awareness

What emotion do you want to shift? (e.g., fear, guilt, insecurity)Ā

Challenge that belief like a scientist:
