Latinas Tribe brings you a special episode series: "Chingonas Heritage Month". In this special series we interview #chingonas in our community. In our first episode of the series we bring you an interview with Dr. Maricela Lizcano (Marcie). Dr. Lizcano decided to go back to college18 years after dropping out the first time. Her journey was not easy and in this episode she shares with us the story of how she faced her fears and overcame obstacles. Those obstacles that would have discourage many, but not her because she is a chingona.
