Today's episode is the second in a five-part series with Isaac Moyo, the programme management office lead for the Improvement and Transformation Office at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH).
As part of his MBA, Isaac conducted a piece of research looking at the factors that influence health and care employees in adapting to a more agile way of working. This is against the backdrop of a rapidly changing workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic.
