This episode is a reminder to appreciate and find interest in all things 'boring' and 'mundane' on the daily level - things we do and see on a daily basis but don't think twice about; like, brushing your teeth, whether you shampoo or wash your body first, and if you eat to live, or live to eat. These behaviors are engrained in us based on what we learned as a kid, what type of lifestyles we live, and other unique preferences that shape our routines. 

How many times can I say 'fascinated'? I think it's clear that I'm passionate about this stuff.

This Extra Ordinary Life was created to help you expand your mind by zooming way in to the most mundane things in life (thinking about these things keeps you in the present moment, a key to creating happiness), and zooming way out to the larger philosophical questions of the universe (thinking about these things gives you a sense of purpose, belonging, and oneness with the world).
