In this episode I interview Ash who has made an incredible transformation. "At 14 I robbed my first drug dealer". Since spending many years in prison, he reached breaking point and tried to take his own life.

He was found and eventually admitted to a mental health hospital where he got the right help. Now he is an inspiration to society working with individuals with learning disabilities and volunteering at a homeless shelter weekly.

When I first spoke to Ash I was inspired by his story and new I had to get him on a podcast. No matter how much of a dark place you're in, you have the power to change.
