Makani Aiu was the best man at my wedding and I have considered this man to be one of my best friends for the past eight years.  Although he is not as passionate about powerlifting as myself, he has been at Redwood PowerHouse since the beginning when it was just the squat stand and Rogue beater bar with a few crappy Weider plates.  This, when you think of it, means that besides me, Makani probably has the most knowledge of RPH's brief history.  We discuss our friend ship and his recent accomplishments in strength along with accomplishments happening throughout the rest of the strength world.  Of course we wind up putting our two cents in on topics considering Humboldt County as well.  Kick back, relax and enjoy.
