1. Candidate information – candidates are clients, clients are candidates. Be sure to provide value so that they can be a source of information for you. They are your market research. Manager names, leads, referrals, market info are all here.
2. Active and Passive – be sure to have a balance of candidates who are available in the short, mid and long term. When selling, think the same way.
3. Referrals – this is the foundation of all great businesses, not just recruitment.
