We are two graduate students pursuing our doctorates in clinical psychology enjoying continuing our conversations outside of the classroom. Today we explored how to manage returning to a demanding/ stressful situation, in this case academics and work, from a psychological perspective. We reflected on various topics including: time management and planning, how to find information to learn what you should expect in order to succeed, and how may anxiety sometimes lead to self-sabotage.
