We've got a home brewed 'Lactose Stout' which was brewed by fellow 'CBB' contributor, Mike. We talk about the recipe, and the brewing process. We compare this beer to a commercial equivalent in 'Segment 2', and finalise the show in 'Segment 3' by tasting, and guessing the style, and hopefully the brewer, of a commercially brewed craft beer.
