Welcome to whiskey conversations, a podcast about the people behind the whiskey: their stories, history, and personalities. You will hear the series evolve into more in-depth and more extended discussions as the episode progresses. The reason is it began as a video series for the Texas Whiskey Festival called Shot of Texas Whiskey. The idea was to give people a quick insight into Texas distilleries, but I tend to geek out about whiskey, so naturally, they got longer. 

The first set of episodes are past interviews with Texas distilleries. In future episodes, I plan to expand the conversations.
