It was my birthday and I was feeling all the feels! Join me as I bake my birthday feelings out!

Here’s today’s recipe:

Toffee Coffee Cake

Cake:

1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix

1/4 cup instant coffee

1/3 cup oil

1 1/4 cup water

2 eggs (or 1/2 cup applesauce)

Topping:

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/8 cup instant coffee

1 whole bag of toffee chips

However many chocolate chips you like

Mix all cake ingredients Bake at 350 for 30-40 min

Whip heavy cream and coffee until stiff peaks and top with toffee chips and chocolate chips.
