With a diverse range of expertise, Sheila works with individuals, couples, families, and organizations, providing support through coaching, mediation, and training. She firmly believes that the keys to behavioral change lie in education, meeting individual needs, combating shame, and embracing self-acceptance. Sheila is dedicated to fostering connection and community, and is passionate about creating supportive and inclusive environments where people can learn to connect with one another and with themselves.
