Campbell now specialises in horses but over the years he has had to treat the full range of farm animals as well as the small animals including the exotics ...snakes and lizards!
With strong memories of the troubles in Northern Ireland where he grew up,  he escaped to The Royal Dick School of Veterinary Medicine in Edinburgh,  to fulfil his dream to be a vet through a good Grammar School Education.

You certainly have to be clever enough,  but what else does it take to last the distance in veterinary medicine?
