Her Fiber Protein powder
1c pumpkin seeds, 1/2c chia seeds and flax seeds, 1/4c Ceylon cinnamon, 1/4c Cacao (dark chocolate)
Grind of of this together and use 1 Tbsp or 1/4c in your smoothie.
1/4c gives you the 16gm of Fiber and 16gm of Protein
