I am trying to crawl forward right now instead of laying down. These past few days I haven’t been getting much sleep and this is affecting my mental health heavily. Having major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, getting the right amount of sleep is a necessity. There is so much anxiety and depression I am pushing through currently, but I will keep fighting. I will keep pushing forward. I hope that by sharing this experience with you, you know you are not alone.
