Do you find yourself reacting to a situation and getting all worked up? Are you easily provoked by others? Do you feel angry or upset or hurt because of something someone else has done? 

The good news is this doesn't always have to be the case! 

In this episode, I chat about the difference between reacting to a situation compared to choosing how to respond to a situation. This is a really useful life lesson that I don't think we are taught enough about, often we assume that external circumstances determine our response but this could not be further from the truth.
