We're so excited to share once more with our audience a special episode. We get to meet a dear friend of the Philadelphia Gospel Movement, David Rosen.
Hello! I'm David Rosen, Founder of Progress Rose, Beyond Boundaries Success Coaching. It's my honor to share my journey and passion for empowering individuals and teams to transcend their perceived limitations. In this era of profound change, I am witnessing an emerging force of compassionate marketplace leaders dedicated to making our world a better place. It is a sacred privilege for me to be part of this movement, guiding leaders to navigate with purpose and significance.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and leadership roles spanning non-profit organizations, home health care, and substance abuse programs, my tenure as the co-owner with my wife Terri and CEO of four Griswold Home Care franchise offices stands as a significant milestone. To this day, all our offices continue to thrive under our excellent leadership team's guidance, delivering over 150,000 hours of care annually and enabling seniors to age in place with dignity and honor.
What Has Shaped My Heart
My heart has been profoundly shaped by years of engaging in heartfelt encounters and life-giving, meaningful connections with individuals from diverse cultures and indigenous communities across the globe. As a registered nurse, I have also been privileged to care for people from all walks of life, especially those in need. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and understanding, for which I am truly grateful. They've rooted me in principles of servant leadership and good stewardship, guiding my coaching style to prioritize empathy and teamwork, aiming to foster positive change in the world around me.
