Robert "Bob" Briggs is the Former President and CEO of the American Bible Society (23 years) and nearly a decade at the American Diabetes Association.

Bob Briggs is one of the three Alliance Practice founding partners, each united by deep friendship and faith. They offer more than strategic guidance — they provide moral and spiritual support for navigating challenges while finding fresh opportunities that unite business and philanthropy.

 Kimberly Brown-Phillips is a global worship and prophetic arts influencer and educational strategist. As a trained dancer, former worship leader, and executive administrative professional, she uses her background to fuel her missional and apostolic approach to ministry. She is a certified Dance Instructor, certified Life Coach & published author. Kimberly was called into leadership as a young adult and for over 20 years, she has been serving in local churches. In 2000, she founded Christ Center for Dance, a worship & prophetic arts educational organization with students and graduates all around the world. Her ministry is marked by passionate intercessory prayer, prophetic teaching, and an apostolic intensity. With the love and support of her husband, Kimberly is an example of how God can transform a life that is surrendered to Him.
