Episode 30: Surviving Fifo Work, Professional Bodybuilding & Becoming A Naturopath With Ty Nicholson

As you can read in the title of this episode.. Ty has lived a life
We began with his childhood where he felt abandoned and had to run away from his parents twice finally finding comfort in his grandparents.
This is where things really got interesting, being thrust into the life of mine work (fly in fly out) on a 4 weeks on 1 week off roster, which tested his mental capacity in so many ways. Diving into this lifestyle was extremely interesting to hear what goes on in camps and the bullying, alcoholism, depression and so much more.
For him to navigate this at 18 and find a saviour in his first body building coach and go onto transform his body to a point where he was one of the best body builders in Australia at one point!
He quickly started to realise that he was missing huge aspects of what he truly loved though such as surfing, true inner health and wealth & purpose
This is where things turned and he actually went into naturopathy where his life changed for the better and went down the road of starting his own business' and eventually found his now incredible partner Skye and their beautiful baby boy Occy
I haven't had a podcast be in such a flow state like this in a long time and it is easily going to be one of the biggest ones to date. ENJOY THIS ONE GUYS!
