Oliver is renowned as one of the most knowledgeable academics when it comes to exercise physiology, combat sports, hydration, thermal stress, and performance testing. Not only that Oliver is an athlete himself, competing in kickboxing from a young age and also holding a purple belt in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu.
Out of everything Oliver is great at, there is one field that he is exceptionally great at, hydration, and that is what I going to talk to him about in this episode.
