She is the owner of Vita Nova Counseling and Vita Nova Mother-Daughter Coaching in Liberty Hill, TX. Both practices were created to help teenage girls and adult women live authentically and guide mothers and daughters towards a path of healing, hope, and restoration in their mother-daughter relationship. Erica is also a consultant, mentor, and trainer, assisting mental health professionals around the world navigate mother-daughter dynamics with their own clients.
