Jess Green joins me for Episode 30. A few years ago I listened to a podcast with Sean Whalen and Jess Green. What stuck out to me in that conversation was that “selling” isn’t about the sale. “Selling” is about adding value and building relationships. Something we all do everyday.

After Episode 25 with Sean I reached out to Jess and invited him to be a guest on my podcast. Little did I know I would be looking for a house to buy the following week. When I decided to start looking, I reached out to Jess again because he is a real estate agent. Within a few days he found a place and we made an offer. As of this week I am officially under contract with a completion and move in date set for December. Jess has been great to work with buying my first home and made it an awesome experience.

Jess shares his story of having a felony, but how hard work and making the most of opportunities made him a top Mercedes Benz car salesman. He explains how we are all salesman and how we make transactions everyday with people. Whether it’s selling cars, real estate, purchasing something at a store, being an employee, dating etc. etc. we are constantly selling ourselves.
