  • Episode 36 with Darrick White
Darrick White joins me for Episode 36 and brought some high vibing heat! We talked about what it means not only to be a man but a masculine man. Men need to step up and take the lead to rise up with women. We dive right into the topic of SEX, in a non traditional view, that I believe can solve a lot of problems with dating, marriage and romance.

Darrick helps coach men with creating successful relationships in love, self and business. There are a lot of takeaways from this conversation that I can apply to my own life and I appreciate Darrick taking the time to share his life experiences on this episode of the podcast. I learn so much about myself and get helpful insights from the guests I have on this podcast.

  • Episode 35 with Rick Burnham
Rick Burnham joins me for Episode 35. Rick is a friend I met a few years ago when I was going through a tough time. He helped me get back on my feet and that act of kindness has helped me get to where I am today. I have crossed paths with a lot of people like Rick throughout my life that have lended a helping hand and pulled me out of a hole I was stuck in.

On this episode Rick shares his journey of being a successful small business owner and being educated from the school of hard knocks. He shares the importance of thinking outside of the box and solving problems. It’s easy to play the victim in today’s world and come up with excuses or look for the easy road. However, success isn’t a result of that. Success is a result of showing up and doing the work.

It was fun shooting the shit and catching up with my old friend. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

  • Episode 34 with Shay Burr
Shay Burr joins me for Episode 34. Shay is a single mom of 2 boys. She is a hairstylist and a photographer that is looking for opportunities to help people with challenges she is overcoming in life.

As I began podcasting we connected on social media and I invited her not only to be a guest on the podcast but on Saturday night she accepted the cold tub challenge, a new Saturday night ritual. She soaked for 3 minutes in 34 degree water. The saying, “the vibe attracts the tribe”, is true.

On this episode we have a good conversation about our history with social anxiety, the challenges of finding community being single after leaving religion and abusing alcohol to cope with it all. We are both are learning that being open, transparent and following intuition is what leads us to living a happier life.

  • Episode 33 with Emil Harker
Emil Harker joins me for Episode 33. Emil is a licensed marriage family therapist. He is the author of a book titled, “You can Turn Conflict into Closeness, 7 Communication Skills of Successful Marriages.”

This episode was the result of his response to a Valentines Dat post I made on social media...
“Cool post about valentines day and your daughters. The disney dream is killing couples left and right!!”

This was a good conversation about how we are not instructed on how to communicate and the inability to communicate becomes a root cause for an unsuccessful marriage. We talk about ways to learn how to communicate and not fall victim to our situations or circumstances in life. At the end of the conversation he gives some good dating advice for the single people like myself.

This was another fun episode with a lot of good food for thought and the soul. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

  • Episode 32 with Jo Bright
Jo Bright joins me for Episode 32. In October I listened to a podcast she recorded with my friend Mckayla titled “Aliens and the Global Shift.” A couple of subjects that I find curious and interesting. Jo also has a podcast titled “Grow with Jo” and I can relate to her life experiences in several ways. Like Jo, I have experienced my own dark night of the soul, feeling crippled mentally, physically, and spiritually.

We had a good conversation about overcoming the dark night night of the soul and rising up from hitting rock bottom. We discuss religion, #75HARD, and being religious with routines. We both agree that structure equals freedom and that commitment to being disciplined equal happinesses. When we look inwardly and get out of our comfort zone we become in alignment with our true selves, allowing life to happen for us.

This was a fun conversation. A lot of good food for thought and the soul. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

  • Episode 31 with Bryce Prescott
Bryce Prescott joins me for Episode 31. He is the 4th guest I’ve had on the podcast that has completed #75HARD, a program for mental toughness and discipline created by Andy Frisella. This was a fun conversation and Bryce shared some valuable life lessons about “success”.

Bryce has been in the podcast space for many years. He is a podcast producer and produces a new show that I enjoy called The Sean and Sax Show. He also hosts his own podcast called The Rules of Rebellion Podcast. I really enjoyed his latest episode with Rodney Norman. When I started my podcast he was very helpful in giving me direction on ideas for equipment, audio recording software and how to distribute it.

Bryce has a great sense of humor. He performs stand up comedy at Wiseguys Comedy Club in Utah and has opened for some big names in the comedy world.

I’ve been watching his journey over the past few years and have been able to relate to him in several ways like leaving the Mormon religion and searching for true success in life.

  • Episode 30 with Jess Green
Jess Green joins me for Episode 30. A few years ago I listened to a podcast with Sean Whalen and Jess Green. What stuck out to me in that conversation was that “selling” isn’t about the sale. “Selling” is about adding value and building relationships. Something we all do everyday.

After Episode 25 with Sean I reached out to Jess and invited him to be a guest on my podcast. Little did I know I would be looking for a house to buy the following week. When I decided to start looking, I reached out to Jess again because he is a real estate agent. Within a few days he found a place and we made an offer. As of this week I am officially under contract with a completion and move in date set for December. Jess has been great to work with buying my first home and made it an awesome experience.

Jess shares his story of having a felony, but how hard work and making the most of opportunities made him a top Mercedes Benz car salesman. He explains how we are all salesman and how we make transactions everyday with people. Whether it’s selling cars, real estate, purchasing something at a store, being an employee, dating etc. etc. we are constantly selling ourselves. This was a very enlightening conversation and there are so many valuable takeaways from this episode. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

  • Episode 29 with Chelsea Riddle
Chelsea Riddle is back for Part 2 of a 4 Part series continued from Episode 24. Chelsea is doing my full archetype reading and in this episode she goes into the 8 character archetypes. The character archetype cards that were pulled resonate a lot with who I am. Now that I’m am becoming more self aware of my light and shadow side, I can see how these character archetypes have played a role in the choices I have made through life. The power to choose and create the life we want comes from understanding who we are and seeing our potential. We are only broken if we choose to be and we can all choose to heal by eliminating excuses. The stories we tell ourselves become our reality. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.

  • Episode 28 with Toph Pace
Universal Law aka The Law of Attraction has proven to work for me. Last week I had no plans or means to buy a home and today I signed a contract to buy my first home. I share how that happened with bits and peace’s of the wild ride I’ve had over the past 20 years with employment, money and changing my belief systems.

It was not planned but this episode was recorded and published on 02/20 at 11:11. At 1 hour and 11 minutes into the episode is where I’m at now with my current employment and the BIG BREAKTHROUGH that led me to buying my first home all on my own. I share how I went from playing the victim and having a scarcity mindset to taking extreme ownership and having an abundant mindset literally over night.

  • Episode 27 with Katiuska Alfaro
Katiuska Alfaro joins me for Episode 27. Kat has an amazing story about the adoption of her son and how she has been part of and very involved in his life since he was born 8 years ago.

Kat has a good sense of humor, but watch out if you laugh at one of her selfies, even if the caption is funny or else you’ll get some latin sass. We begin the conversation with some beauty tips and how to take care of thick long hair. We talk about being single, dating, relationships and how important it is to be honest with ourselves so we can be honest with other people.

This was a really fun conversation inspiring conversation. Grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy the show.
