While I do see my life expanding as I get vaccinated, I also acknowledge and am working to accept that life will not be returning to normal.

Here we are a year into this virus. When will this pandemic be over? What are the activities that will indicate returning to "normal" for you? In this episode I'm thinking about the personal threat of this virus and the long-term implications. We are all working for a better quality of life knowing that pain and limitations will be our traveling companions. I have this belief that: If health is the absence of disease, and wellness is the presence of wholeness;  whether or not I'm ever "healthy" again, I can work work toward my wellness, my wholeness.
