Time moves faster than our ability to hold it still. Age is not simply the accumulation of years, but the quiet reshaping of how we see the world. What once seemed permanent reveals itself as fleeting; what felt fixed dissolves into change. To live with awareness is to accept that people and things are never static—they are always becoming. The friend you knew yesterday is already someone new today. The values you held are already bending toward tomorrow. If our perceptions remain rigid, they break against reality; if they remain supple, they flow with it. Age teaches us that wisdom lies not in resisting change, but in learning to meet it with grace. To see life as a series of unfolding stories, each moment lent to us for a while, each perception a doorway to renewal. In this way, time ceases to be an enemy and becomes a teacher—reminding us that the art of living is the balance between constancy and change. My take!
