On this episode I share the value of having a spiritual foundation and how when you have a solid foundation with SELF and Spirit, you have a miraculous life no matter what the situation! This is a big piece of what our society is lacking and having built a spiritual foundation of my own these last 12 years, I feel it's THE MOST important piece of life we have been lacking or has been hidden from us. We all need to find our own TRUTH and connecting with Spirit is the only way to do this, in whatever manner, practice, routine, ritual you create.
