What a joy to share this episode with you! My guest and priestess teacher, Courtney, and I could have talked for hours. I feel grateful she was finally able to join me as she has a busy schedule and is doing great things in the world. You will hear her Phoenix Rising story, how she has changed, not to mention the "walk-in" experience she shares with us, one she has not shared very far and wide! Her shift from over the years has caused her to investigate many avenues and become certified and practice so many healing arts and teaching modalities. My meeting her 5 years ago was of course no co-incidence, we are soul family and will continue to support and watch each other evolve in this lifetime. She is a very wise woman and she has some terrific insight for you listeners! She has been a tremendous teacher and powerful activator for me on my spiritual journey, including recently where she facilitated my Angelic 1 & 2 Reiki Training. I can't believe the profound changes I have experienced since working with her and her lovely heart. I share my heart about surrender on this episode of the Phoenix Rising podcast. How often do we REALLY surrender our lives. I am becoming aware at a deeper level every day of why I am here, and it's not the typical reason everyone is indoctrinated to believe. How have I gotten to the place of peace I am in on this life journey? Surrender....hardest piece is giving up control and allowing your higher self, heart, subconscious, Spirit, whoever is leading the charge to do for you what you can't do for yourself! Or I should say your conscious mind is not able to do. As I let go of what does not serve me anymore, I step into new lessons, deeper healing, more love and light for myself and others. This is why we are here! So why does it take so long? Why are we unwilling to let go of control, to not be RIGHT, to listen to our intuition, or stop going to the hardware store for bread? Because we are afraid of the unknown or what people may think of us or how we look. Maybe we need to stop caring what others think and follow our own TRUTH and live in togetherness with ourselves.

On this short and sweet episode, I challenge you to know yourself. How well do you know yourself? What makes you tick? In this day and age where duality tries to keep us separate, we can lose our power, our boundaries, and our sanity pretty rapidly if we allow it. When we know and trust ourselves and a Loving Force guiding us, we aren't as afraid to face the shadow, grief, or trauma that holds us back from the joyous all encompassing experience we are meant to have. We learn to discern what works for us, how we want to evolve, what changes we want to make, when to give ourselves grace, and how to hone our intuition. To me, these are foundational pieces of life we are not taught at a young age, maybe never taught or helped to remember our entire lives. We are taught to focus on material wants and desires, competition, education of unneeded information, separation, duality, or in other words, patriarchal beliefs. This is NOT how you come to know yourself. Nature and nurture are the tools of graceful evolution with support from Angels, guides, Ascended Masters, and our Loving Creator. 

On this episode Cindy shares her journey of rising from the ashes. As she took herself to church at a young age, it seems as though her spirituality was birthed young yet expanded as she grew and then experienced a tragic event with the moving on of her second husband. It was devastating for her and she began to find solace with Psych-K, and also then found the Harmonic Egg. She said she felt a lot of grief over this and the egg truly helped her transform herself, which now she uses to help others. She is a delightful soul and has not been on the awakened path for long but I definitely could not tell when I met her! When I met her at a networking event I knew I had to come and try the Harmonic Egg. In one session I feel so different and I can't wait for others to try it! It is so powerful.

On this episode I share how we all could benefit from asking for help. How many times do we get lost, or ungrounded or in a space where we feel totally and utterly alone? We isolate or we go numb with an addiction. The last two years have been so challenging and devastating for so many, why aren't more of us asking for help? I believe there is such a stigma in seeking or asking for help because we think it looks weak or makes us feel shame that we can't do it ourselves. We weren't meant to do the journey alone! We are here to support and uplift one another and even though I am not walking in your shoes, I can relate to your pain, or worry or sadness or even joy for that matter! We need to find more joy in this life, I even was reminded of this last week and will now be smiling at others more and more. Our hearts hold the key to this love we are and so the more whole we can become the more love we can remember lies within us and we can then radiate it out to the world! Asking for help is a part of that journey and I would encourage you to do so from Spirit, your guides, or another human you trust and know will listen and support you! 

This episode is all about the structures we are attached to.  How many structures do you think you are attached to? Think about the systems, institutions, and structures we have been indoctrinated to rely upon, to provide security and safety for us. What if you decided not to partake in them? What would your life look like? Are you willing to destroy that illusion and the space where you deny your independence and freedom? My life's journey has been about leaving behind a lot of these structures we have been taught yet only keep us enslaved and in denial of who we truly are. As I become wiser and more informed I can see how I don't want to be a part of something that does not necessarily have my best interest at heart. At times, or most times, this has been a hard and scary choice, yet always when I take the leap of faith it proves me right and I know I have made the best and highest choice for myself and my family. 

On this episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Jonita. Her Phoenix Rising story is quite fascinating, growing up in India, raised Christian, only to come into working with all the Goddesses who surrounded her as a child later in life after a crisis with the death of her father. I loved her synchronistic story and she said there are many! I am touched by the way she has embraced her Divine Feminine, and how she found and studied under a woman she met while working in London. She is an IT engineer turned Divine Feminine leader and I could have talked to her for hours! She has several certifications and leads workshops and retreats. One of the areas she loves to work with is the Shadow Goddess and that is definitely an area where our collective needs work.

On this episode I share my own experience of being in the present moment. I have found that preparing for a trip and then experiencing the trip puts me in the present moment and there's no place I'd rather be! When we are in the present, we become more in the flow of life and allow it to unfold as it needs to. It also appears as though life is one big miracle after another when I am in this state, and I my feathers do not get rustled, my patience soars, and anxiety subsides. I have been on many travel experiences(with my kids now too!) and the wiser I become and the more I up-level myself, I am finding these experiences to be wonderfully teachable and fun! Now to get this way in my regular daily activity all the time, well that is another story, yet of course more to be revealed! I have really let go of the past over the last few years, along with significant attachment to people, places, and things, and the future is untold so here I am reveling in the present moment. I am grateful. I chose this picture of my kids and I of a vacation to me that was miraculous in so many ways. I can't even begin to  describe how many ah ha's and miracles occurred. What a special time!

On this quick episode I share with you what it means to BE, DO, HAVE versus what most of us live which is Do or Have before we Be. What do I mean by that? Well we come here to BE first. Live in the present, find out who we are and why we are here. If we could understand who we are, the Divine in the flesh, then we might have an easier time receiving what we are supposed to DO and then Have what we desire. Yet the majority of us go around doing like whirling dervishes or wanting to HAVE a very materialistic life without ever receiving the gifts and lessons of living in the present and understanding ourselves, or even loving ourselves for that matter. 
Last week, I enjoyed being in the preset moment each and every day and it was exactly what I needed after not having traveled much in the last 2 years! Travel opens up your senses and causes you to be more in the moment. I was not distracted with things at home and therefore my mind and soul got a rest. I am so grateful I could step out of my comfort zone, and go to a new place with new experiences for myself and my children. It was fabulous and I learned some new things about myself as well! The Universe supported me through it all and even though my son says I am so lucky, I know it is more being in the flow and receiving!
