On this episode I share my journey of many jobs with you and how I believe my work is alchemy. I think a lot of us are true alchemists, yet do we go first? When it comes to change, it can be very easy for us to see what needs to change in others yet do we see it in ourselves? For the past 17 years I have learned to embrace change and welcome it at a deeper level. I was so traditional, I believe Spirit was moving me  to see the world as an ever changing place. There comes a time for us all when we are FORCED to change and I know that is happening for many on our Earth right now. Alchemy is fun work! 

This episode is the about the rising of Shawn! We met in the most interesting of ways and have been connected ever since! You will get to know her and how she has blossomed into a healer, doing Angel card readings and artwork for others. She shares with us the challenges with her breast implants and womb and how she made the decision to remove them. She is truly emerging as one of those souls who you are easily magnetized to, and I can't wait to watch as she continues to spread her wings and fly!

Shawn Haley started her spiritual journey 6 years ago but has really taken off with her awakening in the last 3 years. She has worked professionally in various fields such as child care, cosmetology, customer service and personal training. She has also weathered life events such as a divorce at the age of 25 and her battle with chronic endometriosis pain leading to her decision to have a hysterectomy at the age of 32. She has increasingly trusted her intuition when making difficult career or life decisions which are not always in alignment with societal norms. This has been furthered by her practice of spiritual and energy healing for herself and others. On this episode I share the value of having a spiritual foundation and how when you have a solid foundation with SELF and Spirit, you have a miraculous life no matter what the situation! This is a big piece of what our society is lacking and having built a spiritual foundation of my own these last 12 years, I feel it's THE MOST important piece of life we have been lacking or has been hidden from us. We all need to find our own TRUTH and connecting with Spirit is the only way to do this, in whatever manner, practice, routine, ritual you create. 

This episode I recorded with Shannon is so inspiring! She has so much passion for her walk with God and I was definitely reminded to trust in a power greater than me. I consider her a "Death Doula" as she has helped 54 people to die through her hospice work. I love the synchronicities of her experiences and how she has been shown over and over how death is really sacred and the ones dying are cradled in the arms of the Divine. I know you will be moved as you hear her relay her passion for life and death as she witnesses those transitioning to another realm. Thank you Shannon for sharing your heart with me. In this episode I touch on ways to raise your vibration. With everything going on in our world, there is a need for us to keep our vibrations high and in alignment with Source Energy. I give you some tips to keep yourself grounded and focused on continued healing as we move into 5D. The lower vibrations are desperate to keep us under their spell yet we are awakening!! There is no turning back now and we won't be going back to "normal" which is good. We want the change coming and on Mother Earth, we have a lot to transform as we bring the Divine Feminine back into balance. 

On this episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Lisa, a sound healing practitioner, who was referred to me by a mutual client. We had so much to talk about I feel like this interview could have gone on for days! Listen as she describes her journey of leaving a corporate life behind to delve into something completely new after having her own defining experience with sound healing. I love how she stepped into this "on accident" only to now be helping people with their own healing! My daughter and I shared our own experience with her a few weeks ago and I know the healing for both of us with continue as we move into 5D.

He is truly a leader and it's going to be fun to see where his RISE takes him! 

In this episode I talk about connecting with two sisters who through their story telling teach me about what's unfinished. What I mean to say by that is they are both in the positions of helping people come to terms with their shadow or end of life wishes, what I would term a death doula. 
It's fascinating to think about how we go through life with either shame or regret over certain things, unbeknownst to us how freeing it can feel to release those blocks or put into place how we would like to leave things as we make our way into another realm. Where in your life do you feel things are left unfinished and why is it we feel it so hard to share that part of ourselves? It's always mastered by the Divine where and when we are able to release those heavy burdens, yet I do know it makes life a whole lot easier and more peaceful when we let go of it.
