Characters continue to grow and clash this week at the beach. The painful things that Yuki, Kyo, and Tohru keep deep inside come closer and closer to the surface.

Akito continues to keep the other Sohmas away from Tohru, except for Kyo, who ends up spending more and more time alone with Tohru. Akito does decide to bestow a visit upon Tohru with the intention of introducing Kureno to her, but upon seeing Kyo and Tohru having fun at the beach together, backs out, having realized what the “true misunderstanding” is here.

Tohru and Yuki run into Rin, who snuck to the beach. She threatens Yuki and Tohru to keep her appearance a secret and leaves frustrated.
