Im excited for today's episode with a long time friend of mine Faith Inocencia. Faith is a song writer, creative, and a model. First guest on the new season and I couldn't be happier with this individual being on the show today. As mentioned, Faith and I go way back into our younger days where we were once neighbors and seen each other grow through our teenage years. Growing up, Faith was always shy but when she opened up, she became an easy person to get to know.

Faith gains her musical influence from artists like Kurt Cobain, The Weekend, Kehlani and a lot of other musically inclined R&B artists. Faith has been tapping into her own music lane and is growing as an artist.

In this episode we dive into a little bit of Faith's life in this new journey she travels down. We get into the internal battles of shyness and how steping outside of yourself can be both terrifying as well as liberating.

We get into several tangents that lead into spirituality especially centered around the concept Nirvana. We talk about her modeling experience and how that avenue was also a new way for her to express herself as well as step out of her zone of comfort. And many more.
