This end-of-the-month episode features a libation that reminds you of sunny days in tropical places. I rant about having holiday decorations up in January, the craziness of fluctuating body weight, and the rising cost for food.  I also share a little fact about the background color seen in my instagram videos.

Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share. Then, I wrap up by answering questions received from listeners throughout the month.

• 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum
• 3/4 oz Falernum Liqueur
• 1/4 oz Allspice Dram (Note: I added a little more to mine)
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• Lime Wheel Garnish
• Serve in a Coupe
