In this episode Nathan talks about the paper he just wrote for his class. He had to design a project that addresses an issue in urban ministry. He chose the topic of transience and here he talks a bit about urban church churn and explains some things we're going to be doing as a church this Spring to continue the conversation. A major part of it will be helping every member discern God's call on his or her life - Should I stay or should I go? Why? How?
