Granger looks at some key aspects behind building cohesive and effective teams. We've seen many examples of the power of effective teams. With some businesses, effectiveness of the team becomes a distinct competitive advantage against larger ones. Sometimes this is a real opportunity to differentiate, but conversely, dysfunctional teams can become our biggest headache really quickly. 

So as you listen through to the presentation, relate it back to your own experiences of when you may have been part of the very well functioning team, as well as perhaps one that wasn't. Cohesive teams don't just happen overnight, and you need to develop consistent habits within the business and one such habit that we are big proponents of is embedding a 90 day planning rhythm in the business we call that our Smart90 Rhythm.
