Happy Wednesday honest tribe! I can't believe that we're already on part 3 of our anxiety series. Like we mentioned last episode, May is Mental Health Month so this series could not have come at a better time. Today on this episode of The Honest Truth, we're digging into situational anxiety, our personal experiences with it, the things that have helped us and the things that we continue to practice daily. This type of anxiety is one that Harr & I can really identify with, so if you yourself have experience with situational anxiety, we hear you, we feel you, and we are absolutely here for you. No matter what type of anxiety you can identify with, it is something that you will always carry with you. Just remember to always be gentle on yourself, control what YOU can control & listen to your emotions.
