I.e our educational system-- it's very black and white. As we know, life really isn't like that majority of the time. When it comes to your ego and the need to always be right, ask yourself this one question: would you rather be right or would you rather be happy?

Remember, your ego is a direct reflection on how you feel about yourself.

Harr & discuss 4 major points in this episode in terms of how to give criticism: focus on the specific situation at hand, not the person, be solution-oriented, build the bridge, don’t burn it, & lastly focus on the timing and environment.
