In this weeks episode which is being released on the day of the sentencing, Barry-John speaks to American Cold Case Investigator Paul Holes about catching the Golden State Serial Killer, James Joseph DeAngelo.

James DeAngelo was responsible for at least 13 murders and over 50 rapes in California between 1973 to 1986. His victims ranged in age from 12 - 41.

This was a cold case which looked like it would never be solved until Paul Holes used ground breaking techniques.

This sadistic serial killer took pleasure in terrorising his victims and was extremely brazen and moved around the whole state of California committing the most abhorrent crimes.
