At what point do we get past the time of our self-imposed quarantine if people continue to go to bars, go to pageants without proper protection and basically ignoring the rules for Social Distancing? The University of Alabama's Tuscaloosa Bars are all on lockdown after 500 were diagnosed with COVID-19! Its so much better to be safe now, than sorry later. I watch Chinese and Korean Drams every day after I make my runs and get back in safely. Its fun because I am learning a smattering of both languages to the point I understood a small Korean girl ask her mother, "Why not?" I know its not much but for me, that's huge! Remembering the words of Rodney King after the most recent shooting, "Why can't we all just get along?" True - staying locked away from our friends and families is no fun but until this virus stops reinventing itself and we get a vaccine, we will never get rid of it at the rate we're going. We will never find common ground for hearing and understanding what we all need to survive as an "Earthly Family" until we HEAR each other.
