Jen Welter is the first female coach in the NFL. She is also an author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and overall incredible person!  Having come from a football family, she has loved the game since she was a little girl.  This love led to her to play on professionally, first in an all-women’s league and then becoming the first woman to play on an, up to then, all male football team.  Her grit and determination led to winning the respect of her teammates and coach, ultimately leading to a coaching career that has inspired millions!
