I had the pleasure of sharing with Lea on this episode of the podcast. Lea is a mother, sister, friend, artist, teacher, encourager, advocate, and lover of people. She is loved and appreciated by so many, myself included, because she is a person who truly takes in all of life's beautiful moments and has such a way to make everyone around her feel loved and cared for. On the episode, Lea shares with me the journey she's been on for some years now, and tells me what is felt like to navigate unknown waters as she struggled to find out why her body was suddenly so sick, the challenges of getting a diagnosis, and the work she had to do in order to begin her healing process. Ultimately, through leaps of faith and unlearning of old belief systems, she trusted herself and became comfortable with what she wanted out of life for herself. I can't wait for you all to listen in on this conversation because it did so much for my soul, and I'm sure it will touch yours too.
