We made it through 30+ episodes and we aren’t slowing down. Come celebrate with us as we take you on a journey of gratitude and fulfillment.  Sometimes we hesitate to celebrate minor milestones, but every moment you are growing, changing, or bettering yourself is a moment worth celebrating.  The magic happens when we do the work that we have been putting off.  As we continue to nurture the seed we planted 31 episodes ago we are humbled and extremely grateful to our tribe, each and everyone of you. Thank you all for being a stitch in our fabric. 

The great martial artist, Bruce Lee once said never speak Negatively of yourself even if it’s a joke because your soul does not know the difference.  Words have power and cast spells that’s why they call it spelling, so speaking positivity to yourself always will lead to constant betterment of your soul.
