The Bible is NOT speaking of worldly men, it is referencing Holy men of God. We are not to be a part of the world, therefore God is speaking of Godly men, not ungodly men. How can men who don't know Christ or who understands how Christ loves the church, know it is how a HOLY man is supposed to love his wife? That's why the scripture is talking about Godly men NOT just any man.
