Today  Lisa-Anne has Hazelanna McMahan from Summit to Swamp back on  the show.  Shes announcing that the 2022 event in Randall WA is expanding to a triple track event.  If you love the hill you can run it more than once, or if you loved the river you can run the river trail more than once, if you want to hang out in the swamp and run it over and over you can!  It's a great concept that allows the runners to choose their favorite parts and experience it more than once.  If you have never been to this race you MUST find your way here.  It's unique and tons of FUN!
