Today we have the OCR Twins on the show. This year USAOCR is putting on their own championships in Dalton GA on October 12th. The OCR Twins are here to talk about it. USAOCR is a very inclusive organization and has developed governing rule to allow Para/Adaptive athletes an opportunity to compete in their National Championships.
About the Event The inaugural United States Obstacle Course Racing National Championship is set for Oct. 12-13, 2024, at Rocky Face Ridge in Dalton, Georgia. In partnership with Phoenix Race — a well-established regional OCR brand — USAOCR is bringing you a first-of-its-kind, sanctioned event to celebrate and challenge OCR athletes across the nation. The course will feature obstacles from several OCR brands, ensuring a challenging and competitive race for National Champion hopefuls. Elite, Age Group, and Para/Adaptive Competitive 3k heats will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12, with Elite and Age Group Competitive 15k racers hitting the course on Sunday, Oct. 13. A 15k Para/Adaptive non-competitive race on Sunday morning and 5k fun run on Saturday afternoon are also options! Winners of this event will qualify for the 2025 USAOCR National Team.

Today Pretty Mike talks with Mark Haverland about something fun, painful, and for a good cause. The Teddy Bearcrawl at Spartan Races. Mark Haverland founded the Teddy Bearcrawl while he was doing a Bearcrawl through the Dallas Super last year. Mark was raising money to buy teddy bears for the local childrens hospital. This year Mark have teamed up with Spartan and Bryan Gray to put this on throughout the country.
